- Was there anything you didn't like?Pool closed every day at 5PM Pool was fully closed for one whole day during our week stay for a private function without any prior notice. When the pool was open, there was a lack of sun beds and found ourselves walking around in circles looking for some for up to an hour. No complementary water in our room, was water in the mini bar for $8 Casino was quiet

- Was there anything you didn't like?What I didn’t like about this property was the customer service. From the very beginning, Sierra at check-in had an attitude and came across as if she didn’t enjoy her job. When we arrived, she informed us that the Hilton was fully booked—something she claimed had already been communicated when I booked through Booking—but this was never clearly explained beforehand. Instead of discussing options with us, she simply said she was “looking for a room” and then handed us keys to a room at the Conrad without properly explaining the change or asking for our agreement. We originally booked a room at the Hilton, but ended up staying at the Conrad without any prior notice or proper communication. The lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy made the experience frustrating.
