It did the job!
- What did you like most?
  Staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for us. Room was clean and bed was comfy.
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  Breakfast was disappointingly served with paper plates, plastic cutlery and disposable cups, not what I would expect from a Hyatt mid range or not. We had sausages once in four days other days were bacon, the sausages were difficult to cut with the plastic knife. Choice for me was limiting. Lack of drawers to place things, even the bedside table was tiny with the phone on it there was little room for anything else, a drawer by the bedside would have been useful as would a few drawers in the room. We stayed for 4 nights, so feel the lack of facilities in the room catered more for the one nighters.

  The staff were friendly and very helpful. Ramadan and Johnny in particular were very helpful. There was a fridge in the room and water and ice was available outside the room

  The rooms were small and it was a bit pricey
