- What did you like most?
  Great vicinity to many sites as well as subway lines. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with a full juice bar, milks, coffees and teas. The staff at all stations were very helpful. The two dual elevator shafts moved the mass number of visitors. I liked this hotel so well that a referral has already booked a stay. Great NYC Times Sq hotel.

- What did you like most?
  Staff was absolutely wonderful. Very kind, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic! The facilities were clean, my room was comfortable. The bed was very cozy.
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  The heat in my room broke (in the winter) however they did try to accommodate me. They didnt have a room for us that night however, they gave extra blankets, and a heater and took money off the room.
