- What did you like most?The front desk team and bellmen were so kind and helpful. The room was perfect and location is amazing.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The restaurant waiters need more training to anticipate needs. They offered coffee and brought it and didn’t bring the cream and sugar even after asking. We had to remind them and then they would just stand there even after calling them over for help. When the plates were brought out, he handed them to me instead of placing it where it needed to be. We also needed refills but had to ask. Again, standing around and not taking the initiative. I’m not sure if they were new but definitely more training is needed for great customer service. We were shocked.
