- What did you like most?Location is the hotel’s strongest asset. If you have meetings in Changi Business Park, it is difficult to be more convenient. The airport is about 10 minutes away, while the city is typically 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic, giving you access without the intensity of staying downtown. The hotel is directly connected to a large mall with very extensive dining and shopping options. Whether you need a quick breakfast, a proper dinner, groceries, or just a good coffee, everything is within easy walking distance. For longer stays or busy work trips, this removes a lot of daily friction. Rooms are generously sized for Singapore. The bathroom and closet area stand out as particularly spacious, allowing you to unpack comfortably instead of living out of a suitcase. The property is also well run overall. Operations feel steady and predictable, something frequent travelers tend to value. The pool and gym are simple but perfectly sufficient for a workout or a short reset.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Despite the rebrand, the hotel still carries many visual remnants of the former Capri. The typography, signage, and even the door numbers have largely been left untouched, which makes the transition feel incomplete and gives parts of the property a slightly dated character. The arrival experience could also be better thought through. The check in area feels overly spacious yet inefficiently used. The two check in points are set far apart from each other, and at times guests are redirected to the concierge desk instead of a clearly designated counter. It is not a service issue, but from a layout and design perspective it creates an awkward first impression. Inside the rooms, layouts are functional but could benefit from refinement. The couch is noticeably firm and not especially comfortable if you are hoping to relax after a long day. Pricing may feel somewhat high for the overall experience, though this likely reflects the limited hotel competition in the immediate area.
- What did you like most?Nice design, spacious and quiet room. The lighting was cozy and the bathroom was pragmatic with plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable.
