Poor airconditioner and the staff...
- What did you like most?Location was great, just 300 meters of Liceu metro station.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Since day 1 the airconditioner was not working and I kept asking the staff for help and they would always give the same answer "we will take care of that". They never fixed it. Floor and bed were not the cleanest!
