- Was there anything you didn't like?Shocking Experience – THEFT During Stay & No Response from Management I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. During my visit from 29 Nov – 1 Dec 2025, items from my shopping bags went missing from inside my room. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s handling of the issue. We reported the matter to the front desk at checkout, explained the entire timeline, and requested them to verify the CCTV footage. Despite this, the hotel has not responded at all, even after multiple attempts to follow up. For a brand associated with Ramada/Wyndham, the lack of accountability and basic courtesy is shocking. I am not someone who casually writes negative reviews, but guests deserve to know what they are signing up for. When items go missing inside your own room and the hotel simply stays silent, it raises serious concerns about safety, security, and professionalism. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, I would strongly suggest choosing another hotel. This experience has completely shaken my trust in this property, and I do not want anyone else to go through the stress and loss we faced.
