Definitely not the restful experience I expected from a Comfort Inn.
- What did you like most?The breakfast located in middle of the renovation. The walls were dirty.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn East in Indianapolis and was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The property is currently undergoing major renovations, which were not disclosed at the time of booking. There was blue painter’s tape on almost every door, and the hallways looked unfinished. It felt more like a construction zone than a hotel. The bathtub in my room was cracked and not clean, which was unacceptable. It hadn’t been properly maintained or checked before my stay. I appreciate the fact that the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist, even though they were working with a difficult situation.
