- Was there anything you didn't like?I am writing this review to warn future guests about the billing practices and lack of communication at this property. I booked a stay here via Booking.com but had to change my plans. I checked out after the first night and informed the front desk directly. However, the hotel has refused to process the refund for the unused nights. What is most unacceptable is their complete lack of professionalism. I have been trying to resolve this for 5 days. Booking.com support states they are unable to process my refund because the hotel simply refuses to answer their calls or reply to their emails. It is shocking that a business would take money for services not rendered and then "ghost" both the customer and the booking platform to avoid dealing with the issue. Do not stay here if you value flexibility or honest management. Once they have your money, they will not communicate with you.
