- Was there anything you didn't like?The area is dangerous, I went to check in on arrival and the lobby was locked. The clerk swiped my credit card to pay and gave me my room key. I went to the room and it smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. I immediately returned to the lobby to complain and leave. I asked for a refund and the clerk told me to contact the manager on Monday.. I will be calling today to attempt to get my money back or will dispute the credit card charge with the bank.
