I waa very disappointed and angry to be charged twice with apparently no way of being reimbursed.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Booking.com charged me, and the hotel charged me. I'm fighting to get ahold of someone to get refunded for one of them. Had to ask for towels, which were stained. There were stains on the sheets and a stinking in the bed.
