Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Should the guest folio exceed the daily limit, an additional pre-authorization will be made automatically. A maximum of 4 reservations can be made under 1 guest name at any given time. If a guest is booking multiple rooms, they will need to provide the correct guest name for that specific room. Name on the reservation must match the valid ID shown as verification upon check in. Roll-away beds are available upon request and may not fit in all rooms. Check in was an hour...
- What did you like most?Clean and close to monorail
- Was there anything you didn't like?Check in was an hour long, after getting the key the room wouldn’t open and they said the lock was dead and the engineering team would fix it in 20 mins so we waited went back after an hour, mind you two hours have passed now since check in, and it was such an irritating thing cause we were so tired and had a early start the next day. We asked to change a room which they did and the room was worse then the original one and it was suppose to be an “upgrade” the room next door was getting fixed so they would be banging fixing stuff, the restroom had no door so 0 privacy, the view was a view of the wall, so there was 0 upgrade there. Overall a poor experience
