Overpriced for bedbugs and a...
- What did you like most?I like the location and the price. They advertise a hot breakfast, but all they have is waffles at the most.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I really didn’t like that they were cleaning a room for bedbugs right next to my room. I asked if they were ever going to fix the pool or the hot tub and they said no they don’t plan to and they don’t like to spend money even in the summer. They said they don’t plan on making the water slide work it’s sad because this hotel is so cool and they’re really letting it fall apart. There’s a beautiful fountain in the front that doesn’t work that’s getting moldy. This could be the coolest spot but they just don’t want to put the energy into it.
A few issues but stay...
- What did you like most?Clean, comfort and staff and manager and breakfast selection were all great. Kids had fun swimming, playing pool and playing in the game area.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Had a few issues we hadn’t had in the past. Booked two rooms. One room had a light blow out and tub wouldn’t drain so had to move room. Once moved no issues. Second room shower knob turned both direction and could not get hot water so took a cold shower after hitting the pool. Did let her manager know to fix before anyone else stayed after us.
