- What did you like most?All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The beds were super uncomfortable. There was a big hole in the middle of the bed that we would keep falling into. The pullout couch bed was extremely old and uncomfortable as well.
Friendly staff, but rooms needs...
- What did you like most?Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, loved that there was a water bottle refill station. A couple people from the street tried coming in to breakfast and the front desk handled it very well.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Couch had mud or chocolate all over the cushions, the makeshift plug for the bath tub didn't work for my toddler to bathe, we were right next to the elevator shaft so we assume that's why our king size bed wouldn't stop vibrating... or potentially something loose with the HVAC. Also took kids swimming and the tile work is beautiful, but 2/4 of us injured ourselves just walking and slipping on the pool deck. :( dealt with a slight head injury and pulled back muscles for the remainder of our vacation. We took the scooters for a ride around the neighborhood and had a guy walking towards us with an obvious gun in his hand... guessing it's a pretty rough side of town after dark.
