- What did you like most?The location was great - right by the river and not far off the main routes. We went for a great walk with our dog along the river in the morning; the old industrial area was pretty cool to see, and we were close to a quaint downtown area with a few shops and restaurants.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We checked in late at night after a long drive, and the person who checked us in was having a phone conversation in the back office. I had to shout to get his attention, and when he came out he continued his conversation - on speakerphone - throughout the entire check in process. He barely made eye contact, gave minimum information, and seemed annoyed when I asked a question about parking. Very, very poor hospitality, and as the first introduction to the property, it set the tone.
