- What did you like most?Virginia was an outstanding staff member — she was very kind, helpful, and made a genuine effort to assist us whenever needed. Her attitude was truly appreciated.
- Was there anything you didn't like?My stay was a bit disappointing overall. The elevators are very old and extremely small, which made going up and down uncomfortable. The room cleaning rules were very strange and inconvenient since they are using 3rd party company. , During my entire 12-night stay, the apartment was never cleaned by housekeeping because the cleaning time they offered did not suit us. As a result, we had to clean the apartment ourselves, which was not acceptable at all, especially since this was supposed to be a vacation. In addition, the view from the balcony on the back side was not nice and did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience did not feel relaxing or worth it for a holiday stay.
- What did you like most?Nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in the very center of Barcelona. The location is excellent — easy to get around everywhere — and the check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. The apartment itself felt well maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The only thing I’d improve: it would be great to have slippers and a bathrobe provided in the apartment.
