Beautiful hotel but service could...
- What did you like most?Loved how modern the rooms were.
- Was there anything you didn't like?2 of the lifts were out of service but that wasn’t obvious the lift door was cracked open. A drunk person would try to pry it open and it was an accident waiting to happen. Shower leaked all over the bathroom. Not enough people at front of house to help with check in. Our taxi ended up leaving us and our 6 suitcases on the street, it took an additional 15 mins after I asked for help for staff to help. But it was literally because they had no baggage staff.
Great staff, great location, and...
- What did you like most?Very clean, staff was very polite and willing to help all the time. Location is great. Very good to stay as a family, my family and I had a good time. I had 4 adults and one baby with me during this stay. Baby had his own crib and he was content.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The heater was set to a very high temperature, making it quite challenging to manage the room's warmth. On our second night, we raised a concern about this, and the only available option was to turn off the heater in our room, although it remained quite warm. The room was primarily arranged for two people instead of four, so we had to request additional towels. We also wish there were more accessories (soap, shampoo, conditioner, e.g.) in the bathroom, given that four of us were using it. The bathroom had a loose toilet seat, and the sink was also not very secure. While these issues did not cause major problems during our stay, we believe that better maintenance and accountability could improve the experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort put into making it pleasant. Despite these minor concerns, we would recommend the hotel.
