Exceptional
Great location, but not worth...
- What did you like most?The property was in a great location. Central to most attractions on the strip. Easy to and from if you’re ubering or walking! The fountain view from the bedrooms was also spectacular.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I felt taken advantage of in many different ways. When I checked in they didn’t have my suite ready which was totally okay. However, check in was 3pm and I had to go up each hour to inquire the ETA. At 5pm I was told I was next in the queue and then once it hit 6pm I was told I was never checked in by the previous attendants. They told me I couldn’t get my suite and they were going to put me in a downgraded room. The moment I asked for a manager, lo and behold I get the key to the suite I booked. When I asked why I was lied to that it wasn’t ready they said they were holding it for a VIP. I’ve never been so disappointed and disregarded before in my life. THEN when the ice machine on my floor was broken I could not get ice for the life of me. Room service was going to charge $20 to bring up ice when it should be free as their appliances were not operational. It was the littlest things that kept being incredibly difficult to accomplish, which was a major turn off for me.
