Great pool but horrible service.
- What did you like most?The pool was really nice and we enjoyed the steam room and sauna
- Was there anything you didn't like?I did not like that the computer system was down and they were not able to make keys for peoples rooms. We were not able to get into our room without requesting someone to constantly take us up the elevator and into our room and the majority of the time we had to wait for security because they were the only ones with the elevator keys.
Mutiny is perfect
- What did you like most?Everything except for the elevator(only 1 working. Took forever to go up and down). The grounds are pretty, pool was refreshing and the room was clean, bright and beautiful view of Key Biscayne marina♡ The staff was friendly and car attendant was friendly as well.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Only 1 working elevator. Took forever to go up and down. Took the stairs a few times.
