- What did you like most?The staff were SO great and everyone was so kind and helpful. They truly saved the trip. The location is convenient to get around to most of Rio. Food is decent but lunch and dinner are better than breakfast.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Where to begin? This property is so dated - Hilton should be deeply embarrassed at the disrepair of this hotel. The hallways are all stained with missing paintings and questionable stains on the walls. The gym is super small and had four out of six machines that worked. The spa jacuzzis were gross and the steam room smelled like mold. The room was comfortable but the pillows were terrible and overall the room needed an update and a deep clean. The staff here is GREAT and they all deserve to work in a better property. I’m mad that I fell for the pictures online because they don’t really represent what it actually looks like. Get it together, Hilton.
