- What did you like most?The rooms are lovely, very well designed and decorated. Spacious and with a good sized bathroom. Location is perfect - walking distance to Cadorna station and to Duomo. Plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby,
- Was there anything you didn't like?Way too many whatsapps and emails prior to checking in and then very slow communication when you need help and need someone. I had to wait 15 min for someone on WhatsApp to help me with the suitcase storage only to end up giving up as I was on a rush. I asked for bottled water one evening (just one bottle, nothing excessive) and after 20 minutes I got a text message saying "they ran out of bottled water but the tap water was drinkable" which made me realise that the space and design is far superior than the actual service for the price that you pay. Ah! And they don't service the rooms....
