- Was there anything you didn't like?I’ve try calling 10 times because I’ve been charge for something when I should not have been charged. I even got up to customer services and they say they can’t help me to contact the property. No one answers. I live far away to make the drive all the way back down. I am completely up upset and will not be staying at a hotel that makes unauthorized charges on one account.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel was horrible. We couldn’t get replacement towels. When we 1st arrived the lights wouldn’t stop flashing, the TV didn’t work and I couldn’t call to have it fixed since the phone was broken. After walking all the way back to the front desk to tell the staff it took over an hour to get anything fixed and we had to wait for maintenance.
