Don't believe what they tell you.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We booked two rooms for two nights, but prior to our arrival, the manager, Stephen Zuravin, agreed to a modification to one night . Yet, when we arrived, no modification had been made. The manager was contacted and again agreed to the modification. We were told modification would be made at checkout, but at checkout, no one knew anything. Since then, I have sent messages, called, been told my calls would be returned, but nope....nothing! It appears the whole thing was just a scam to keep the extra $250 that I worked very hard for. I appreciated the modification, but it turned out to be FAKE News! Very irritating.
