Please note that children under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the spa facilities, including the Fitness Center. The spa is open Thu - Sun from 11am to 7.30pm, until further notice. Lovely hotel but overpriced for what you get
- What did you like most?The location, the staff, the room and bathroom were all lovely.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We booked specifically for the spa- the Jacuzzi pool was absolutely freezing and the steam room was dangerously over heated. We paid £450 for one night, then found out in the morning that breakfast wasn't included, so paid an additional £123 for a buffet breakfast, so in total I feel this was a really overpriced visit for essentially a nice hotel room. I don't like that all the bills included a 5% discretionary payment 'for the staff' - surely the staff's wages should be taken from the pretty extortionate cost of the room.
