- What did you like most?Check in easy & very friendly welcome from Diana. Reception team always at desk to answer questions. Fabulous left luggage service run by Daniel, who is super friendly & very helpful - what an asset he is to the team! The location is first class, safe and within easy walking to food/shops/NY attractions & subway. The batroom was clean, & shower was powerful w plentiful hot water, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash provided (great bonus when travelling with hand luggae only), There is maid service daily, extra towels if needed and room was spotlessly clean. Air con worked & was needed. Room was quiet, no road noise. Gym fabulous and free chilled water available in gym.
