- What did you like most?I liked the kind and courteous treatment and environment created by the staff members.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I did not like the way the bed was made. The sheets were badly and hastily tucked under the mattress, and it did not look very tidy. I reported this to Ivan, the front desk executive, and he gently assigned me to another room which happened to be a suite Needles to say, my staying at the Wyndham Ambassador Monterrey was one of the most pleasant one.
