Wonderful stay in a very pleasant hotel.
- What did you like most?The staff was especially helpful. I want to say that the young man who is the "bellhop" in the lobby is amazing. Not only is his English excellent but he helped me on several occasions with efficiency and good humor. He should be promoted! When my previously ordered taxi did not show up on time, the young woman who was the day manager ordered a local taxi that showed up in less than two minutes. I was off to the airport and did not miss my flight thanks to her and the young man who works in the lobby.
- Was there anything you didn't like?When getting off the elevator on floor six, I fell heavily after not seeing the step up to the hallway going to my room.
