Room was horrible.

- Was there anything you didn't like?This place was absolutely vile from the moment we walked in. The carpet floors were WET?? There were pieces of debris all over the floor clearly the room wasn’t even vacuumed and our white socks turned black in the first few minutes of walking around the room. The entire room smelled musty and there was black mold on the walls, the ceiling, the floors, everywhere. The shower didn’t work at all, water leaked out of both the dirty shower head and the faucet at the bottom so we couldn’t even shower during our stay. The toilet didn’t flush properly either. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned: dirty mirrors and sink counter, grime inside the microwave, greasy fingerprints on the light switches, a filthy remote, and a stained chair. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. If you value cleanliness or basic working amenities, do NOT stay at Mai Hana. It’s a health hazard.
