- Was there anything you didn't like?I could have rated the hotel very highly, but one incident left me extremely disappointed. I accidentally left my Invisalign aligners on the bathroom sink when I checked out, and I only realized this while I was in a taxi on my way to the airport. I sent an email immediately notifying them of the situation and specifying exactly where I had left the item. Since I was still going to be in the United States for a few more days, I really needed the aligners to avoid disrupting my treatment. However, I never received any response from them. I expected at least a reply from the hotel, not complete silence. The email was sent to both the front desk and Nikki Jackson.
