- Was there anything you didn't like?The cafe at the lobby only open for breakfast, the staff at the reception are rude i asked for late check out and one of the staff said(definitely not) which is not a way to speak to a customer, another staff told me she can push the check out until 1 pm when i went back to them i told them she told me this they said oh i no she said until 12 which made me look like a lair when she came back she confirmed that she said until 1 , which again not a way to treat costumers
