Living history in a hotel
- What did you like most?Art studio theme was fun. The history of the hotel starting out as artist and writer studios in 1924 was reflected in the current conditions respecting me position on the national register of historic places. Well compact the furnishings were well placed in the plan was very efficient.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We had requested early after booking to have a room on an upper floor with a good view which was acknowledged in a phone conversation with the hotel. They put us on the third floor and the noise from the bar downstairs was disturbing. We thought that upper floors may still be under renovation however we then saw later that the 17 floors were occupied by guests.
Exceptional
