Superb
Nice facilities but felt customer...
- What did you like most?It was fairly new and clean
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff. The AC/heat unit was not working properly - it kept shutting off. Said they would send someone to look at. No one came. Called back and they said they would look into it. Waiting over an hour for a call back. They said they would have to move us to another room. It was a bigger room but AT NO TIME did they say they it would be an upcharge to us. When we checked out I asked for a receipt but was told it would come from Booking.com. They charged us $60 more and when I called to ask about it, they said it was because of the hold at first, then said it was the taxes and it was something I had to deal with Booking.com about. When booking.com called, they were told three different things before they admitted it was an extra charge because we requested a room upgrade. That was a lie - we just wanted our ac unit fixed or a room that it worked in. We should never have been charged extra because they could not fix the unit in our room and had to move us. Or we should have been given the choice if they were going to charge us more. Terrible customer service.
