Overall my stay was good....
- What did you like most?It has a shuttle to JFK airport that ran 24/7.
- Was there anything you didn't like?As the hotel is close to the airport, it tends to be extremely busy with guests checking in and out and not enough staff to service the guest. The staff appear to be trying to do multiple tasks at once. This causes a delay in being served. Plus they need someone to mend the little convenience store in the lobby. I witnessed two elderly people wanting to purchase food items, however there was no one in the store to ring up their items. So they had to wait in the line at the check in counter. Because it was so busy, they ended up not putting back the items and leaving the area.
