Relaxing birthday weekend
- What did you like most?I like the pool area. The lazy river was very relaxing and all the areas were very clean. The marketplace had helpful items and the employees were friendly. The spa was also a very wonderful experience. The fire pit was nice on the chilly evenings and the room was immaculate.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Rooms do not have microwaves in them. The on-site dining is a little bit expensive. Also paying to park is a little bit expensive.

- What did you like most?We liked the location since we were going to Universal, and the hotel seemed spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The gym was really nice and the pool area was very fun.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Several of the on-site restaurants were not open at popular times, leaving us with only one option. Also, my experience with the staff was mostly good, but there was a very rude woman upon checking in who explained I couldn't receive any benefits (discounted parking, even though I'm a Hilton Honors member) because I booked through a 3rd party (booking.com). She kept saying "3rd party booking" so loud, like I had caused some enormous offense to the hotel. Fortunately, other staff members were really courteous and helpful.
