We had a great family...
- What did you like most?Location was great, very clean rooms
- Was there anything you didn't like?The checking in was so confusing and the $85 parking a night. The pool was down for maintance
Rude and disappointing
- What did you like most?The staff was not helpful, short tempered, lazy and rude. I used to stay there when I was in the corporate world and loved every stay. Now with all the choices of hotels in Chicago, I won’t choose the Palmer House.
