Welcome to Roach Hotel
- What did you like most?
  The location is very poorly maintained and immediately upon arrival we were told that we needed to pay for parking while our reservation made no mention of any additional fees associated with our stay. Once that was settled we enter our room and found uncleaned walls. Water on the bathroom floor and roaches running rampant. Damaged furniture as well. No microwave, but we did have working refrigerators. The staff did change our rooms, but the situation and conditions were just as bad minus the roaches. The location must be a hotel for the homeless and we did not feel safe, although our replacement rooms were across the street and we felt a little safer. The area is depressing and should be removed from your platform.

  Everything. Location and basic amenities were not provided. No facecloths, lacked basic cleaning and the rooms had not been properly maintained for years
