Nice room, but upsetting experience
- What did you like most?The location is great, the view from the room is breathtaking and the staff was friendly. Love the water/ice machine on every floor.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I had a very unusual experience at my stay. When we first arrived, there was no shower soap in our bathroom. Zero. It was a bit upsetting, especially after a long day, but we were way too tired and didn't want to wait. I requested some at the reception desk the next morning, gave them my room number, went out for the day and got back late at night - only to find they had cleaned the room and, once again, no shower soap. I went down once again and explained the situation. They said they'd send some immediately. The three of us in the room decided to wait then because we didn't want to be in the shower already when the staff arrived with the supply. Turns out we waited for like one hour and NO ONE came. I felt like asking again would be helpless. Thank goodness it was a short stay, we left the next morning. First time it has ever happened to me in a hotel, which was very disappointing.
