Renovations were needed and have...
- What did you like most?The renovated rooms were clean and updated. The lobby updated and contemporary. Location across from Oculus fantastic for city transportation.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Elevators were not set up to go directly to front desk and 1st floor. To take an elevator to first floor and not switch elevators is important. The extra money spent to pay for breakfast is a waste of money. The breakfast is grab and go from a hallway next to the front desk and barely has room for those waiting to buy and those leaving with their breakfast items. The coffee stand, which is located in this cramped hallway, only has enough room for a single person to make their coffee. There are no attendants to fill up any canisters lacking milk or oat milk. The hot items of breakfast burrito or egg sandwich are precooked and sitting in a warmer waiting for customers to buy. Made to order is not a phrase that should be considered with this expensive taxing experience. Overall, a horrible breakfast experience and not worth the money spent for this additional service upon reserving and paying for your room.

- What did you like most?The location of the hotel is excellent – very convenient and within easy reach of everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast concept is quite unique compared to the standard hotel buffet, but we really appreciated the approach - it offers great value . We really recommend this hotel and would definitely staying again.
- Was there anything you didn't like?For light sleepers, it might be worth noting that the rooms can be a little bit noisy, though this did not affect us personally.
