Please note that the hotel requires that the guest credit card has same name as the name on the reservation voucher. The hotel does not accept credit cards from anyone other than the guest listed on the voucher. As of the 26th of June'23, we are starting "Improvement work" in our apartments, where we are closing one floor at a time, as we will be prioritizing guests to grant Service Excellence.
